1. Introduction & General Terms

Welcome to JUTA8 (referred to as the "Website", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By registering an account, downloading our application, or accessing any part of the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JUTA8.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To use our services, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least **18 years old** or have reached the legal age of majority under your jurisdiction.
• You are only allowed to open **one (1) active account** per person, household, IP address, and device. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration. We reserve the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation (e.g., ID card, utility bill) at any time.
• Employees, affiliates, and family members of JUTA8 staff are strictly prohibited from participating in any real-money games on this platform.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Finances

3.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a bank account, e-wallet, or payment method registered under your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. JUTA8 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may impose their own charges.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed once all wagering requirements (if any) have been fully met. Withdrawals will be paid to the same banking details used for the initial deposit.

We aim to process all withdrawals within 3 to 15 minutes; however, larger amounts or accounts flagged for manual security review may take up to 48 hours. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is set at MYR 50,000 unless you have a higher VIP tier.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

From time to time, JUTA8 offers bonuses, free spins, and promotional rebates. The following rules apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to **Turnover/Wagering Requirements** before any withdrawal can be made.
• Opposite betting (e.g., betting on both Player and Banker in Baccarat) will not count towards turnover requirements and is considered bonus abuse.
• JUTA8 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reclaim any bonus offer at our sole discretion.
• If a player is found abusing a promotional offer, we reserve the right to lock the account and void all associated winnings.

5. Prohibited Activities & Fraud

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards fraud and unfair gameplay. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using a VPN or proxy server to hide your actual location or bypass jurisdictional restrictions.
• Using automated bots, AI software, or hacking tools to manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion, chip dumping, or forming syndicates with other players.
• Attempts to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Website's code.

6. Limitation of Liability

JUTA8 provides its services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the Website will be entirely free of errors, server downtime, or uninterrupted service. Under no circumstances shall JUTA8, its directors, or partners be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this platform, including but not limited to lost bets due to a dropped connection.
